Redesign of the setting screen, Large Language Model for Account Number, Set up Status , Training Center, Transfer Screen: Performance Improvements

The settings panel in Finmatics allows administrators to manage settings related to processing, restructuring, predictions, exporting and more.

Configurations that in the past were only possible after contacting our support team are now accessible to you and can be customized according to your wishes and needs !
We are continuously working on further optimizing the account number prediction for our customers. In order to do this, we have introduced a new large language technology-based model.
It can understand the content of invoices and then automatically identify the corresponding account numbers. Thanks to the powerful technology of Large Language models, the identification of the account number is even more accurate.
We have made further improvements to the Large Language models based on feedback from our customers. This feature is currently in Closed Beta development status.
We also use large language models in the area of improved business partner assignment and are constantly working on further optimizations.
The "Client Setup Status" feature aims to give you a clear overview of whether the client setup has been completed.
It is intended for our customers who use DATEV so that they can benefit from the automation of Finmatics with DATEV.
And they have the option of uploading account numbers, personal accounts and journal data as part of the client setup process.
Based on feedback from our customers, we have made further optimizations and performance improvements to the training center.
We have also made improvements to our transfer interface. The counter for the number of batches has been removed, which significantly reduces the loading time of the screen.
