Redesign of the setting screen, Large Language Model for Account Number, Set up Status , Training Center, Transfer Screen: Performance Improvements

In these release notes, we inform you as usual about the current technical innovations and improvements to the Finmatics software.

Redesign of the settings screen and additional functionalities

The settings panel in Finmatics allows administrators to manage settings related to processing, restructuring, predictions, exporting and more.

Configurations that in the past were only possible after contacting our support team are now accessible to you and can be customized according to your wishes and needs !

Improvement: Large language models for account number (closed beta)

We are continuously working on further optimizing the  account  number prediction for our customers. In order to do this, we have introduced a new large language technology-based model. 

It can understand the content of invoices and then automatically identify the corresponding account numbers. Thanks to the powerful technology of Large Language models, the identification of the account number is even more accurate.

We have made further improvements to the Large Language models based on feedback from our customers. This feature is currently in Closed Beta development status.

Improvements and  Bugfixes : Large Language Model  for improved business partner assignment

We also use large language models in the area of improved business partner assignment and are constantly working on further optimizations.

 Set-up Status:  New feature to spot client set up (Closed Beta)

The "Client Setup Status" feature aims to give you a clear overview of whether the client setup has been completed.

It is intended for our customers who use DATEV so that they can benefit from the automation of Finmatics with DATEV.

And they have the option of uploading account numbers, personal accounts and journal data as part of the client setup process.

Training Center Bugfixes & Optimizations

Based on feedback from our customers, we have made further optimizations and performance improvements to the training center.

  • Invoices that are being split in terms of tax or content no longer generate training tasks. This reduces the number of "unnecessary" training tasks (training of split bookings is not yet possible, but is on the roadmap). 
  • Performance improvements - loading times have been reduced

Performance Improvement (Batches): Transfer Screen

We have also made improvements to our transfer interface.  The counter for the number of batches has been removed, which significantly reduces the loading time of the screen.
