New warning feature for booking texts

A warning feature has been implemented to check booking texts with the configuration of goods/services. These warnings are generated based on statistical analyses and only appear if users has mad corrections for the proposed booking texts in the past.

In the following article, you can read about automating booking texts.

Efficient retrieval of invoices through the API

The API can now be used to determine if an invoice was created by stapling/separating. The original invoice is available via the UUID. This is particularly useful for api users when processed invoices are separated with the Finmatics AI and then exports individually.

In this article you can read about where to find the documentation to connect to Finmatics via REST API.

Upcoming maintenance

We are constantly working to improve the Finmatics software so that we can always offer you the best possible service. To ensure that our systems continue to function optimally, we are planning a short maintenance window. We would like to inform you about this and thank you in advance for your understanding.

📆 Planned maintenance work from Friday, 17 May, 18:00 to Saturday, 18 May 24:00.

Documents sent to Finmatics during this time will continue to be received, but will only be processed once maintenance has been completed, meaning that e-mails do not have to be sent a second time.
