In these release notes, we inform you about the continuous innovations and improvements to the Finmatics software. We hope you enjoy reading them.
Current new features in this release:
-
Optimised model architecture: improved recognition of invoice data in special cases
-
Finmatics optimised with new DATEV API gateway: Improved interfaces and extended functions
Improvement of the booking text
Finmatics has introduced the function "Standardised goods and services recognition" for booking texts. This feature is based on powerful large language models that allow to accurately predict the expected "good/service" based on the invoice text. Previously, these predictions were not very standardised, which meant that individual texts were suggested for each document. Standardisation now ensures that identical goods/services are predicted for similar business transactions with improved readability and consistency.
Here you can find more information on how to automate booking texts.

Optimised model architecture: improved recognition of invoice data in special cases
By optimising our model architecture, we were able to achieve significant improvements in the recognition of invoice numbers, invoice data and amounts for special cases.
Finmatics optimised with new DATEV API gateway: Improved interfaces and extended functions
Finmatics is being upgraded to the new DATEV API gateway, bringing numerous improvements. These improvements affect the DATEV interfaces "Belegbilderservice", "Meine Steuern", "Buchungsdatenservice" and "Rechnungsdatenservice", all of which have been optimised.
