More Transparency for Unsupported Files

The handling of unsupported XML files and attachments which are not invoices has been improved.

In the invoice detail screen, non-processable files are now displayed more clearly – including a clear information regarding which file it was.

Optimized Booking Texts

Finmatics uses large language models to automatically generate booking texts for goods and services.
The model provides intelligent suggestions based on invoice data.

If certain booking texts are unsuitable for your processing, our support team can specifically exclude them from predictions.

New Filter for Down Payment Invoices in the Training Center

A filter for the "Down Payment Category" field is now available in the Training Center. This allows you to specifically process tasks for down payment and final invoices and improve the automation and efficiency of working with down payment and final invoices in Finmatics and DATEV.
