In these release notes, we inform you as usual about the continuous technical developments and improvements to the Finmatics software. We hope you enjoy reading them.

New feature: Download DATEV Rechnungsdatenservice XML format directly in Finmatics

New feature: From now on you have the possibility to download the DATEV Rechnungsdatenservice XML format directly in the Finmatics frontend. This feature is available for all users and allows you to download the XML formats if the DATEV invoice data service interface is temporarily not working on the DATEV or Finmatics side. You can now download the XML in the Finmatics frontend and then upload it to DATEV.

Extension of payment information in DATEV Rechnungsdatenservice

The integration of the DATEV Rechnungsdatenservice will be expanded to include payment information in order to further optimize workflows with Finmatics for customers who process their payments via DATEV Unternehmen Online. In particular, it will be possible to select the payment terms directly in Finmatics and specify whether a direct debit or bank transfer should be created in DUO. This helps to increase the efficiency and quality of work processes.

It is possible to specify directly in Finmatics whether a direct debit/bank transfer should be created in DUO. This means that several processes in DATEV can be combined by processing in Finmatics.

Payment information such as the terms of payment and the status of whether payment has already been made can now be exported directly from Finmatics to DATEV Unternehmen Online via the Rechnungsdatenservice.

Navigation hint in the Finmatics main menu

From now on, a navigation hint in the main menu will clearly indicate which page you are currently on. This function should help you to get a more comprehensive overview of the navigation.

Personalization of the home screen in the mobile app

When you open the Finmatics mobile app, documents and document types load (typically in less than 1 second). Instead of a loading bar, we now display your logo or the logo of your tax firm during this period. The feature is active after the first login and is available for all those who have already activated the personalization of the web application and mobile app interface.
