If you delete a document in Finmatics, the document moves to the trash. You can restore your invoices from the trash. Finmatics now archives documents for 7 years in the trash instead of 2 weeks. Furthermore, there is now a client filter for deleted invoices
You can find documents exported from Finmatics in the „Archive“. As part of our redesign initiative, we have implemented a new table design.
In the workflow screen, you can now see the verification status of the document.
The account balance (legacy feature) for cash invoices was removed from the screen.
Finmatics assigns Banks (bank objects) to invoice objects. In case a user verifies an invoice with an IBAN and the verified IBAN is not present in the master data, Finmatics can automatically create a partner bank. This feature is configurable by technical support (configuration option: DisableNewEntries). In case this is used often, we will also move it to the frontend.
