New features in this release:

  • Simplified Document upload for Invoice Center Users

Simplified Document upload for Invoice Center Users

We have simplified the upload process for Invoice Center by removing the period selection field. With that the option to choose if the period should be set automatically or manually is also removed as this step is not necessary anymore.

This creates a more clear separation between the Invoice and Automation Center packages.
For the Automation Center these option will of course stay available.

Set Text field in Training Center to improve Training

The input field in the Training Center is now read-only.

That means: manual input is no longer possible — instead, texts are exclusively transferred by selecting them from the invoice view. Even values incorrectly recognized by OCR contribute to better automatic filling for future invoices.

This change ensures more consistent training data and an even higher automation rate.

Preserve Payment Base Date when editing documents

From now on, the initially captured payment base date will remain unchanged — even if a document is edited or split into multiple documents afterwards.

Example: If an invoice created on Thursday is split into two partial invoices on Monday, both documents will now retain the original payment base date from Thursday. This ensures the payment deadline is calculated correctly

 


 

Simplified way to contact Finmatics support

Contacting our customer support is now even easier:
From now on, when using the "Contact Support" buttons in Finmatics, you will no longer be redirected to your email program. Instead, you will be lead to a clear and simple form, allowing you to describe any ssue quickly and easily.

This means you can now submit support requests faster and with all the necessary information.
