Feature: Excel Report generation in the background
We have added the option to generate Excel Reports on demand with large numbers of invoices.
Request the report by selecting the invoices in the invoice overview → Click on download options → Download Report.
The report will be generated in the background so you can continue with other tasks. You receive an email with the download link once the report is available.
Feature: Export of more than 300 invoices at the same time
We enabled the export of more than 300 invoices at once. The export runs in the background. You receive a notification directly in Finmatics once the export is finished.
Bugfix: Deleted users properly show up in the invoice history
Events by deleted users showed up as “Finmatics” which caused confusion. We now show the username so changes are always traceable.
Smaller Bugfixes and Improvements
- Marking invoices as exported is not possible for DATEV customers without generating a token.
