Document History – Improvements

We have added new event types to our document history that can be viewed through our frontend and our API endpoint GET /documents/{id}/workflow-history/.

Training Data Verification

All training data will now be auto-verified so it can be used for training.

Improved Sidebar Menu

We have improved the look and feel of the sidebar menu and have added the option to minimize it.

QR-Code Reader on Process Level

We added the option to enable/disable the scanning of QR-Codes from documents on process level. For example, users can now enable the scanning of QR-Codes for Kassa/Cash bills while disabling them for Eingangsrechnungen/incoming invoices.
The option can be set through our frontend for every process.

 

App (Version 2.3.0)

Security - 2FA – 2 Factor Authentication (Beta Customers)

We extended our 2FA Beta test to our Finmatics app. Two Factor Authentication is now available for selected customers. To increase the access security, we introduced 2-Factor Authentication using Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator.

Display Different Currencies

Changing the currency of a document in the Web Frontend will now properly reflect within the app.

Workflow - Improvements

We have made some User Experience (UX) improvements to the workflows in our mobile App, especially regarding mandatory fields.
