It is important that the prerequisites for Finmatics are done by adding the correct master data and training data. This feature is designed to ensure that users can easily access the necessary steps to improve the quality of the data and thus maximize the performance of the automation.

From now on, users will be shown proper information for various functions such as invoice approvals, assigned users and document histories when an account is deactivated. These notifications inform them that the user in question has been deactivated. This feature is designed to ensure that it's easier to administrate when a user account is deactivated, to reassign all associated tasks and functions to other people and ensure smooth business continuity. This improvement makes the management of user accounts more efficient and transparent.

In order to provide you with an improved overview of the invoice approval workflow, the function has been integrated to filter the client overview according to those clients who have either already set up invoice approval or not. This function makes it easier for you to manage and identify the clients for which actions are still required to set up invoice approval. This improvement makes the configuration of the invoice approval process more efficient and transparent.
