New Screen Design - Orders Screen
We are replacing the “Restructure” screen for Restructure users and the “Transfer” screen for Accounting users with the new “Orders” screen.
The Orders screen offers a lot more flexibility to our users workflow with a variety of features like:
-
Accounting users can now restructure invoices
-
Improved filters for Clients, Booking Name, Period, create Date, Status and what should be shown in the table
-
The table now also offers a lot more information which can be adapted to the users needs.
Users can choose-
which columns should be shown in the table
-
where in the table a column should be and
-
how many Entries should be visible per page (5, 10, 20, 50)
-
API feature - bulk and zip upload for documents
We have added the option to upload multiple documents through the /documents endpoint in one go.It is currently restricted to one
Client
and one bookingName
at a time.
We also improved our documentation on uploading e-invoices with zip files and how PDF and XML files are matched together in order to be processed as one invoice.
E-invoice can be defined as structured invoice data issued in EDI or XML formats - Electronic invoicing
